Breakfast in the naya, a swim before lunch
Most of the day happens outdoors: in the shade of the naya, at the picnic table or in the hammock between the palms. After a swim, rinse off under the heated outdoor shower.
Our story
“It was the very first house we viewed. And we were sold straight away.”
Only, it had already been sold. We viewed many other houses, but compared every one of them to this one. When it unexpectedly came back on the market, our estate agent called us straight away. We didn't have to think twice.
We then renovated the house step by step: a third bathroom, new floors, a new kitchen and new bathrooms. Where there was once a single palm tree, there is now a garden on several levels.
Looking back now, it almost feels as if it was meant to be. Precisely because we put so much love, time and energy into it, Casa Monte Zen feels like a real home. And it’s exactly that feeling we hope to pass on to you the moment you step inside.
