Frequently asked questions

Simply submit a booking request through our website. We review your request personally and reply within one day. Your booking is only definitive once we have confirmed it.

The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 people.

Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. Different times are sometimes possible in consultation with our key holder.

After your booking is confirmed, you pay 30% upfront. The remaining 70% is due no later than 35 days before arrival. Payment is simply by SEPA bank transfer to our Spanish IBAN.

The security deposit is € 500 and is refunded within 5 days after departure. Any damage and excess electricity use are settled against the deposit.

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the rental sum (the deposit) is charged. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the full rental sum is due. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Included are wifi, parking on the property for up to 3 cars and 175 kWh of electricity per week. The mandatory final cleaning (€ 200), bed and bath linen (€ 20 per person per stay each), the check-in/check-out (€ 40) and any excess electricity use at € 0.45 per kWh are charged separately.

Yes, the villa has free wifi. You will find the login details in the welcome pack on arrival.

Pets are generally not allowed unless agreed with us in advance. Feel free to ask when you send your request.

Smoking indoors is not permitted. Outside on the terrace and by the pool it is of course fine.

The pool is private and for our guests only. It is not fenced and there is no supervision. Pool use is at your own risk. Please always keep an eye on young children around the pool.

Due to local regulations, the use of a charcoal barbecue is not permitted between May and October.
